How do I book on your retreat?

first select the date/destination from the top menu, select whether you are coming with a friend or on your own and the reasons for coming... complete a short form and you're done!

How much does it cost?

It depends on when you are coming, where and for what reason. All the prices are shown on the individual retreat pages

Does the 'digital detox' mean we won't have our phones either?

Yes it does. Without the distraction of the outside world you are free to concentrate on yourself. It also prevents the calm environment of the retreat being disrupted

Can I speak to someone about what I need?

of course. You can use the livechat now to chat online, or you can call us on 0207 112 8207 during office hours

Will I need any money?

no, everything is included.

Do I have to arrange my flights/travel?

no, we will take care of everything for you. We will ask you for this detailed info when you book

Can I bring a friend?

Of course - plus you both get a 30% discount for sharing a room too

Can i stay out there longer?

You can and we can arrange alternative accommodation either before or after the retreat as part of your package

What do I need to pay?

When you book, you will pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 securely online. You will need to pay the balance of the retreat 6 weeks prior to arrival

As we won't have any electronic devices, how do people get hold of us in an emergency?

Each retreater is given our contact number for emergencies.
